Our packages always come with additional complimentary space planning and perspective drawings. When our valued clients commit to a project with Tong Nee, such additional complimentary services are included as a gesture of goodwill.
Money Spent Guarantee
We have in place a money-spent guarantee that holds for up to 3 months after the successful completion and handover of a project. This effectively means that there will be no charges incurred by our clients should there be a requirement for rectification works within 3 months upon completion of works. Our clients will be able to enjoy complete peace of mind for a period even after the project has concluded. If necessary, they will have the choice of converting this guarantee to a 12-month warranty for long-term protection and coverage of unprecedented workmanship alterations at a nominal fee.
